Returns

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of that item. You also have the option to exchange it for a different size or colour. Certain or sale items can only be exchanged, not refunded. Please make sure you fill out the Returns Form enclosed with your order.
For returns made outside the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them.

In all cases, the items returned must be unworn and in their original condition.

All goods will be inspected on return.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse.

We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.

A standard delivery charge of £4.99 will be payable on exchange orders dispatched from the warehouse.

We cannot exchange pierced jewellery or hair accessories due to hygiene reasons. All exchanges are subject to availability.

How do I return my item safely?

To send your item back to us, it is advisable to use a courier service where the item can be tracked. It may also be advisable to use a courier that insures items of a high value. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.  
Please note it is very important that when you return an item, you send it back with a Returns Form. This will allow us to process your order more quickly. If you didn't recieve a Returns form with your order, you can download one and print it off. Click here to download a Returns Form.
 Once we receive the item, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours. 
If we are confident the goods are in their original condition, we will issue a refund.


How much do I have to pay to return an item?

This will be at the cost of your local couriers. i.e. Royal Mail, Parcelforce, etc. 
It is your responsibility to get the item safely to us so would be advisable to use a courier that uses a tracking service. We recommend 2nd Class Recorded Delivery for a cheaper but trackable service.

If I return an item, will my delivery charge get refunded as well?

If an item has been returned as a fault on our part, i.e damaged/wrong item, then yes we will refund your delivery charge. However, if the item has been returned for any other reason on your part, we will not refund the delivery charge. Please note, we will only reimburse deilvery charges up to the cost of the courier's cheapest tracking service. For Royal Mail, that would be 2nd Class Recorded Delivery. Special Delivery, or any other premium servive will not be eligible for a refund.


How are refunds credited?

Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. If you wanted the item exchanged we will dispatch the new item, according to the details listed on your order form. In the event where we are unable to provide your alternative item or other suitable replacement, we will automatically refund you and let you know via email. 
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. 



How long does it take to receive a full refund?

We will issue a full refund within 3 working days of receiving the returned items assuming the items have been returned in their original condition.


Can I refund an item bought with a gift voucher?

Yes you can. Your right to return an item remains exactly the same regardless of whether you bought it with a gift voucher, a payment card, or a combination of the two. 
For your convenience, we’ll refund anything you paid for with your debit/credit card first, and then send you a new 16-digit code for any outstanding gift voucher credit you are owed.



Can I refund an item I bought in the sale?

Sale items can be exchanged only. They cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

I want to return my item but it has been over 7 days?

We do not allow this. We believe that upon receiving your items, 7 days is plenty of time to inspect the item for any marks/stains/damages and check if the item is suitable. We may make exceptions and allow up to 14 days if the item is in pristine, unworn condition in the original packaging. 


I wore my item and it ripped when wearing it, can I return it?

Unfortunately not. We cannot be held responsible for an item after it has been worn. Some of our garments use delicate fabrics that require careful handling. It is your responsibility to treat them with care. 


I want to send an item back for exchange, but need the new item urgently, what is the quickest way of doing this?

Please allow up to 3 working days AFTER receiving your order to process an exchange. If you urgently need the new item, we recommend placing a new order online and then sending the old item back for a refund. This way you do not lose out if you need your items for a specific occasion.
